Before that goes down, he’s heading to the capital of the south first. The award-winning, multilingual Proof & Company spirits evangelist – he’s also fluent in Mandarin and Japanese – will present six of his signature cocktails from his stints at the NoMad Hotel in New York and at Charles H in Seoul.

Craft beer heavyweights like Dave Cole from Denver’s Epic Brewing Co, founder and CEO of White Labs Chris White, and Moody Tongue’s brewmaster Jared Roubon will join an illustrious list of panellists at the conference, sharing everything you need to know about craft brewing, marketing and pairing beer with food. Also happening at the World Expo Center are two on-site beer tasting events hosted by Luc de Raedemaker, the co-founder and president of the Brussels Beer Challenge, to round off your beer-focused, three-day journey.
